Located just moments away from the heart of the bustling Shibuya district, TRUNK(HOTEL) YOYOGI PARK provides a space for Urban Recharge, inviting guests to find both relaxation and stimulus in the heart of the city.

Collaborating with Tokyo-based Keiji Ashizawa Design and Copenhagen-based studio Norm Architects, the hotel speaks to the cultural makeup of its home city, Tokyo, presenting an elegant fusion of Japanese-Danish design.

With twenty individual rooms and five suites across five floors, find a summary of the TRUNK suite offering below…

OWNER'S SUITE

Conceptualised as an exclusive penthouse hideaway, the Owner’s Suite and Terrace seamlessly combines traditional Japanese design philosophies with Danish urban sophistication, offering unparalleled views of Tokyo’s Yoyogi Park across 92 m² with its expansive 8.5 metre long windows and top-floor location.

Interior furnishings by the Keiji Ashizawa Design team and NORM Architects spotlight local makers and creatives, featuring bespoke and custom lighting and furniture designs.

PARK VIEW SUITE & BALCONY

With slanted balcony ceilings that amplify natural daylight and highlights transitions of the sun, the Park View Suite & Balcony brings a sense of the outdoors in, drawing upon biomorphic design elements to encourage serenity of mind and wellbeing within the hustle and bustle of the metropolis.

Room amenities prioritise local surroundings, offering artisanal accessories and produce including eco-friendly products, such as flip-flops crafted from recycled rubber, and toiletries made from local, organic ingredients.

CITY VIEW ROOM

A paired back yet chic option for the busy traveller, City View Rooms combine notions of Danish minimalism with sustainable principles to provide the ideal recluse after a long day of city exploration.

Refuel with local snacks and beverages from the curated mini-bar, including TRUNK’s own blend of TYNK Craft Herb Tea and a Kaki Energy Bar by Wholesum Japan, made from carefully selected ingredients grown in the Shonai region of Yamagata Prefecture.
